  2. Thanks Michel for writing this inspirational point. i agree with you, the focus has always been on the body, while the mind which is the engine room of everything is neglected. Thanks for those 20 tips. 

    Permit me to add, one other tip – take yourself less seriously. There is no doubt that life is challenging, however, learning to take yourself less seriously would not allow you to ‘soak’ in the pressure that comes with life’s demands. We need to learn to forgive and reduce expectations from others. When we expect too much from others, we get easily disappointed.

  3. I have the book “The Secret” pictured here with me at home, it was bought by my uncle and sincerely, I haven’t opened it before. This article is really  an eye opener.  I never knew the book held great messages for self improvement. I’ll start reading it immediately!

    Moreover, reading through these 20 tips, I couldn’t agree less. It is really true especially the last part that talks about acceptance. Recently I have been struggling with low self-esteem but it only got better when I decided to accept myself for what and who I am.

Out of those tips you have highlighted, the meditation part is what I really see that it is most important. Volunteering to something that we are passionate about and forgive at every time is really what does it all for me in this article

Like you said in the article, the majority of people focus more on their outer look than the inner soul which is true and the reason for this is that the outer part of a human being can be seen or visible to the people around us. And moreover, it can easily be taken care of by eating, clothing etc.

    Meanwhile wearing clean nice clothes and expensive material does not define the kind of person we are. It is only what we process in our mind, soul and spirit that define who we are as a person. Either good or bad.that why it is essential to take care of our mind, spirit, soul, and body to be a better person in this world

    I think your tip no.8 on forgiving others is the most important – without forgiveness we are destroying our own mind and soul.
