Tongue Out

Head Raise
Lie on your bed with your head hanging over the edge.
Slowly raise your head towards your chest and hold there for 5 seconds.
Slowly lower your head towards the floor again.

Tongue and Thumb Press
Lace your fingers together, leaving your thumbs sticking out. Push up on the chin with your thumbs.
At the same time press your tongue to the roof of your mouth causing your chin muscle to push against your thumbs.

Facing forward, head relaxed, push the tip of your tongue up to the roof of your mouth.
Hold for 6 seconds
Relax, then repeat 5 times.
