Everybody has weaknesses, so you need to accept them and work towards strengthening them.
While some people cannot spell without a computer spell check, others are terrified of public speaking.
We all have our strong points, so emphasize those, and accept that you need to work on your weaker ones.
You could try taking a course or ask for help from one of your superiors.
Working on yourself can help to improve your self-esteem and break the barriers of your weaknesses.

Stay away from those distractions, like computer games, MySpace, FaceBook and most social networking sites.
If you work on a computer all day, it can be quite a challenge to steer clear of these sites and even chatting to friends online.
You need to block these sites to stop yourself from using them at work.

Some people can motor through a ten-hour working day without a break, however, this is not the norm.
Use your short breaks to their full potential for relaxing and recharging.

Never stop learning, and remember that you are never too old to continue learning new things and continue on with your education. This is one of the tips for self improvement I cannot stress enough.
