I have been a member of The 30 Minute Workday for a couple of months and I have been very impressed with the conversions that I have been getting with the 30 Minute Workday Funnel. You can take the information in the book and start your own online business, or you can purchase the funnel and an HBA membership to use their funnel. The funnel is $27 once off and the basic membership is $25 per month as of the time of writing this post.
You will also need to have an autoresponder to capture your leads, and although Get Response is recommended, you can use whichever one you want to. My personal favorite is FloDesk.
So How Do You Make Money With The Freedom Formula?
The Freedom Funnel is merely a way to build your list and to entice your list to follow you into HBA and any other programs or products that you choose to recommend in the future.
HBA is a very lucrative affiliate program, as it will pay you a recurring $20 commission for each referral that joins them. They also have upsells which over time your referrals may or may not buy that also earn you recurring commissions.
To me, the most important part is to build a relationship with your list and over time you can make recommendations to them of what is working for you, and in this way, by helping others, you end up making sales.

No matter what platform you choose to make money online, always remember, you are the only one who is in control of what happens in your own life. The minute that you learn to take responsibility for everything in your life, that is the minute you will finally take control.
