      4. Mindfulness: Try focusing on the present moment and being aware of your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

  4. I really appreciate this guide to mental toughness training for go-getters Michel. This is something I have felt for some time I could benefit from but have had a lot of trouble finding any real information on the topic for most of the time I’ve been searching.

    When I think of mental toughness I think most people would equate that with what we typically call in our society “thick skin”. I think some people with thick skin though are only that way because they have closed off to anything and everyone around them and they would do better and actually be more mentally tough by dealing with their insecurities and thus having a more secure handle on their life.
