How To Change Bad Habits
How To Wake Up On Time
Most of us simply hit the snooze button when our alarm goes off and doze on until the very last possible moment. Then you frantically find yourself rushing to get ready and you end up starting your day without feeling fully prepared for it.
Here is the smarter way.
Try getting three alarm clocks. One digital clock that you plug into the wall, one digital clock that runs on batteries and one mechanical one.
Place all three of these alarm clocks in different locations around your room, but they must be at least 15 feet away from your bed.
This strategy will do several things for you. First of all if one of your clocks decides to let you down, at least the other two will still wake you.
The next thing this strategy will do for you is it will force you to get up and move. By the time you have gone to each clock and turned them off your blood will be flowing and you will no longer be half asleep.
Now you are up for the day, and you have plenty of time to get ready.

It’s fascinating to realise how independent our mind is and if not well trained before it disobeys.
It might just be too much to handle for just anyone. My high point in this post is getting to trick one’s mind to saving. This is one of the hardest tasks I’m confronted with these days. No matter how I try it, it just doesn’t seem to work out. I need I’ll follow your advice and go for the piggy bank, maybe that would limit my access to breaking my bank every time.
Another good way of saving is to get a stop order on your account on the same day your salary goes in. The money comes off and goes into your savings before you even realise it was there.
