Often we can’t stop those negative thoughts from filtering into our minds and sometimes don’t even realize that we are being negative.

In other words, you would focus on what is good in your life and not what you think is bad.
A positive thinker is always looking on the bright side of life, no matter what goes wrong. A positive thinker is optimistic, whereas the negative thinker is always inward looking and they have the attitude that life is conspiring against them to make them more miserable.
While we all love to complain, it actually does more bad than good. Feeling negative all the time tends to make us feel listless, withdrawn, stressed, and anxious. It will end up consuming you and those around you will also be affected.

Here are some tips on learning how to look on the bright side of life and how to stay positive in a negative world.

- Firstly you need to look after your health. Being healthy is something a lot of us take for granted until we do get sick. If you eat too much of the wrong types of food, you will battle to concentrate, feel listless, and have no energy.
